Pastel Nagomi Art has its origin in Japan and the focus is not about making astonishing art but the process of making. We use soft powered pastels with some tools and also our magic fingertips to blend the colours to make the art. The word “Nagomi” means harmony, calm and peace which hope to bring calming and relaxing effect on the artist.

You can always try again and make it better💜 The first one was from the second picture. I made the mistake of making the hill and the leaves (and I am not afraid to show that I make mistake!) I don't like it so I rub it off and do it again. This is why I like Nagomi art because you can always amend it and make it better✨

It's always nice to try something new~ If you are a beginner of Pastel Nagomi Art and don't know which pastel to go for, you can try Royal & Langnickel's pastel. I think it works well ☺️ p.s. not a paid advertisement!
