We have been working on a penthouse renovation in the extraordinary Palazzo Belgioioso — its historic courtyard transports you into a true Milanese living dream. Every finish, every element of our interiors is carefully considered — and this Farringdon loft dining room brings together interior restoration, tailored vintage, bespoke work, and design classics in a single space.

A simple re-sand and polish of the existing strip oak flooring made a remarkable impact — a fresh, warm base that set the tone for everything placed on top.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We sourced vintage Swedish dining chairs, having them re-polished and reupholstered to bring exactly the right form, colour, and texture to this layered room.

Fitted oak wall panels and hidden storage set the tone, with matte silver pulls that cleverly double as coat hooks from . Built into a series of bespoke grass green storage stools, discreet drawers make the most of every inch — practical, playful, and considered throughout.

Reflective surfaces add an energy and depth to an interior — and this statement pink resin dining table top does exactly that, creating endless reflections of the beautiful original factory windows in this industrial Farringdon loft.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When we sourced this vintage dining table, its original cast, artist-made legs were in need of replacing. We worked with metal fabricator to create this incredible blackened steel base — the perfect understated complement to a dining table top that says a lot.

Bespoke oak panelling introduces warmth in the living area of our Borough Pied-à-Terre project. We selected matte oiled oak veneer panels paired with solid edging throughout the apartment for cosy continuity. To help soften this compact apartment’s low ceilings, we drenched mint street paint, to the walls and ceilings, and introduced a warm off-white linen to the black out romans that help control the strong sunlight this room can get. Mint green — a single colour, drenched floor to ceiling in the bathroom of our Borough Pied-à-Terre project. As the first design decision, everything followed from there: paint, grout, natural stone.
