We are committed to helping talented artists by offering an opportunity to display their work in a well-located gallery and making their art accessible to a wider public. We have participated in a few international art fairs such as The Affordable Art Fair Hampstead, the Start Art Fair, the Manchester Art Fair, and the Affordable Art Fair Battersea. A first glimpse of Latin Narratives: Distant & Familiar, now installed at Eclectic Gallery.

Bringing together Boris OA, Caio Locke, José Antonio Ochoa, Juan Carlos Navarro and Max Pedreira, the exhibition explores place, memory, identity and belonging through five distinct visual languages.

Presented in support of LoLaFF, the exhibition is now open at the gallery.

Latin Narratives: Distant & Familiar

We are pleased to present our upcoming exhibition, bringing together five Latin American artists represented by Eclectic Gallery: Boris OA, Caio Locke, José Antonio Ochoa, Juan Carlos Navarro and Max Pedreira.

Presented in support of the LoLaFF , the exhibition explores the connection between visual art and cinema, two forms of storytelling that capture the experiences, cultures and perspectives of Latin America.

Through their distinctive visual languages, the artists explore themes of place, memory, identity and belonging, building a bridge between art and film, the familiar and the distant.

Eclectic Gallery at the Barbican Centre for the opening night of the London Latino Film Festival.

On 2 October, we’ll be joining LoLaFF to present works by two remarkable Mexican artists represented by the gallery, José Antonio Ochoa and Juan Carlos Navarro, bringing contemporary visual art into the atmosphere of the festival’s opening night.

I’m in a taxi to see a painting nobody’s allowed to see yet.

Stay till the end, because there’s something about this painting that most people miss completely.

This is the studio of our artist, Caio Locke. His work’s hung at the Embassy of Brazil, the Venice Biennale, and many other institutions.

Now look closely. This is a real city. He just returned from Tokyo and created this incredible piece.

I absolutely love this — the precision of an architect, the logic of a dream. Every detail, painted by hand. And this one isn’t even finished.

On the 24th of September, you can stand in front of it in person, with a Q&A and a live painting session with Caio himself, at COMO The Halkin.

Follow us so you’re the first to know when it goes up and visit us to meet him on the night.
