At just 89 days to Christmas we have filled the wall to capacity with baubles mostly from the 1950’s and 1960’s. We have had many successful buying trips and are ready to aid you in building the tree ( or trees ) if your dreams.

A small selection of glass aubergines arrived today. The Soviets made lots of fruits and vegetables decorations in the 1950’s. This is the first time in many years that we have had so many arrive all at once in different sizes and colours. . Michael Horner

To infinity and beyond. These are the result of several buying trips and the condition of them is very good with minimal paint loss. We have 22 cosmonauts, 9 dirigibles, 4 rockets and 2 suns. These are all from the former Soviet Union m, and made in the 1950’s and 1960’s. These are ready to hang on any tree and available in the shop.

From all of our shopping this summer. We have these gloriously large decorations, some we’ve never had before and some firm favourites. These are all glass and from the former Soviet Union.

At just 100 days to Christmas we are very pleased to announce that we have managed to buy 3500 vintage Christmas decorations in the last couple of months. These are now all arriving in the shop and are being labelled ready for viewing.

We are open today and fully stocked. It is just 110 days to Christmas and the trees going forward for this year are animals for September, fruits and vegetables for the first 3 weeks of October then for the later part of October, and, for the first time we will be doing a tree just dressed with glass garlands. Then we switch into a full on family style tree with a little of everything for the rest of the year. .

This beautiful owl arrived in London recently. We have never seen a two faced owl before and are very happy to be able to show it here. It’s made of glass in the former Soviet Union and the condition is very good.

We are most fortunate to of sourced a supply of cosmonauts. There were made in the former Soviet Union in the 1960’s and are on display in the shop today.

The tree for September. We have dressed it with animals, birds, fish and insects. Dating from the late 1940’s to the early 1970’s. These are all glass and from the former Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia.
