Matcha Sour, served in our Champagne glasses 🍵✨By
A quieter interpretation of the classic sour — layered with ceremonial matcha, fresh citrus, and a soft botanical base. Balanced, textured, and intentionally simple.
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp ceremonial matcha
* 25 ml fresh lemon juice
* 20 ml honey syrup*
* 50 ml gin
* Egg white or aquafaba (optional)
*Honey syrup: mix equal parts honey and warm water until smooth.
Whisk matcha with lemon juice until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and dry shake.
Shake again with ice, then fine strain into champagne glasses.
