Press flowers with me 🌸 Delphinium, astrantia, clematis & a blush rose from the bouquet I wanted to keep forever 🩵
🌸Choose your flowers
🌸Cut
🌸Lay them flat
🌸Tighten the press a little each day, then leave them alone for 1 week- you can leave them for up to 3 weeks.

I’ll share the reveal next week, so follow along to see how they turned out ✨

We said goodbye to our baby boy this week 🕊️🩵 When I shared our journey here, I didn’t expect what came back. Brave women from all over the world sent me their own stories, and through the hardest weeks, you got me through 🙏🏼

I’d fallen out of love with social media for a while. You’ve reminded me why I love Instagram. I’ve made friends here I’ll carry with me always 🤍

This light felt like a sign of what’s to come: healing, slowly finding my way back, and brighter days ahead ✨

My beautiful Cosmo is FIVE tomorrow!🎈🎂 How I love being your mummy more than anything in the world. Never change, my bright, funny, mischievous little soul. You make every day better just by being you. Happy 5th birthday, Cosmo. 🤍
Love you to the stars always, Mummy ###

A little reminder to myself that I have known happiness like this.🌟 Completely, ridiculously, unable-to-play-it-cool happy. I was marrying the man I fancied most in the entire world and my face clearly had no intention of pretending otherwise. 💗

Life feels very different this week. But perhaps that’s why I keep looking for the beautiful things. Grief and gratitude seem to be sitting side by side at the moment. I can be heartbroken for the baby we lost and profoundly grateful for the life and love I already have.😔🩵🙏🏼

Darkness doesn’t erase everything beautiful. And sadness doesn’t mean happiness has gone forever.

There is still so much love here. And for now, that is what I’m holding onto. 🕊️🤍

Starting to think about designing the nursery for baby boy 🩵

The room he’ll go into is currently very 💗pink… haha, the best laid plans!

It’s been a while since I’ve shopped for a newborn, so I’d love to know your favourite baby and nursery brands at the moment. Furniture, bedding, lighting, baskets, changing bits, beautiful accessories… all recommendations very welcome!
