Ready-made items will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase, and custom orders will be completed and dispatched within the turnaround times specified on product page. To the UK: Orders are dispatched 2x per week using Royal Mail's 2nd class service. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, and your package should typically arrive between 2 to 3 busi
ness days. To Europe & Switzerland: Orders are dispatched 2x per week using Royal Mail's International Standard service with an additional shipping cost between £4 and £10 specified at checkout. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, and your package should typically arrive between 3 to 5 business days. Once items are shipped, Cel Belle Designs cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to your package. EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the unique nature of these creations, Cel Belle Designs does not currently allow refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with the creation and wish for an alteration, an exchange is possible as long as the initial creation is sent back within 14 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and at an additional cost for shipping and labour. Cel Belle Designs will not accept damaged creations. To avoid the long wait, it is best to use additional notes on the checkout page to describe exactly what you desire. VISUALISING ART IN YOUR SPACE
If you are unsure of where to place macrame wall hangings in your space, Cel Belle Designs suggests using WallApp to upload a photo of your space and a photo of the wall hanging you want to display.
