Quick and Easy Stir-fry Recipe
Ingredients:
• Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper)
• Chicken breast or tofu (optional)
• Soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger (for the sauce)
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Wash and chop the vegetables. Cut the chicken breast or tofu into cubes.
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
