Bespoke joinery has been expertly incorporated throughout the amenity spaces at Davidson House, creating a truly unique and functional environment.

The custom-designed banquette and table stand out as a highlight, upholstered in a vinyl material that mimics the elegant texture of fabric from . The organic tabletop, crafted from Smile Plastics, is paired with a slatted timber base, adding a natural warmth to the design. This striking combination is further enhanced by the carefully selected wall lights which beautifully complement the overall aesthetic.

The additional collaboration areas in Davidson House are designed to be a warm and inviting spaces, featuring custom banquette seating that provides both comfort and style.

Sleek yet sturdy tables from Foresso complement the setup, offering durable and sustainable surfaces for students to study, collaborate, or simply unwind.

Thoughtfully arranged, the space includes additional nooks and seating areas to accommodate various needs—whether for focused work or casual socializing. The lounge area within Davidson House is bursting with colour and texture.

The space is compact so to maximise the area as much as possible, we took some space from the staff office and created the small booth area you can see to the right.

Custom pieces are used throughout the whole space from the banquette seating, to the rug and even the table tops.
