Gobi Wale Paranthe❤️ Recipe below ⬇️

An in-house favourite, generously buttered, paired with aachaar, and meant to be enjoyed without restraint 🤪

The perfect mid-week brunch… because we all know one is never enough 😋
Crispy, spicy, and utterly delicious ♥️

Ingredients-
• 1/2 cauliflower, grated
• 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
• 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
• 1 tbsp crushed fenugreek leaves (dried methi)
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 2 whole green chilies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp red chili powder
• 2 tsps garam masala
• Salt, to taste

Chapati/Paratha Ingredients:
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 tbsps oil
• Lukewarm water, as required
Method:
1. Firstly, mix all of the ingredients together, and add 1 tbsp of mashed potato powder to bind the mixture.
2. In a separate bowl, add the whole wheat flour and 2 tbsps of oil. Knead using lukewarm water until a firm dough forms.
3. Take a medium-sized ball from the chapati dough and roll it out until it’s about 5 inches in diameter.
4. Take the prepared gobi stuffing and add a couple of tsps into the centre of the chapati.
5. Now, lift the edges of the chapati and seal them together to form a round ball. Press the ball into the palm of your hand until it flattens. Flour your board and roll out the chapati using a rolling pin until it reaches the size of a regular chapati (stop rolling if the filling comes out).
6. Shallow fry the chapati in a frying pan until it’s crispy and golden brown.
7. Finally, serve and enjoy with butter, yogurt, and don’t forget the aachaar!

Hope you guys are having a wonderful week🩷

Meet our lovely Mother of the Bride, Susan, who curated a beautiful selection of gifts for her son-in-law to be✨

What makes this collection truly special is that we were first chosen by her daughter’s in-laws last year… and after seeing the final pieces, she knew exactly where to come this time🩷

Alongside her bespoke selections, she also chose our new luxe exotic fresh fruit & floral tray — she saw it on our story and instantly knew, ‘that’s the one.’

It was an absolute pleasure working with Susan, who entrusted us with her vision from the very beginning ✨
Seeing her reaction as everything came together — truly speechless — is what makes every detail worth it 💕
