Happy World Pasta Day! 🍝✨
Pasta is loved all over the world, but if you’re looking to cut carbs without losing flavour, there are so many ways to enjoy it guilt-free. Try veggie alternatives like courgetti or cabbage ribbons to still enjoy the textures and sauces you love without the sugar spikes. 🙌
One of my favourites is Courgetti with Roman Raw Sauce, a rainbow-coloured sauce inspired by a dish we tasted in Rome years ago. I love how Romans serve cold ricotta over hot pasta (or courgetti!), simple, fresh, and full of flavour.
The pasta you see in the first image? That’s our signature Seabass Ravioli, available at and , a must-try! Also high in carbs, the fish add protein and the buttery sauce adds fat to slow the glucose spike.
