A closer look at Sound by Design

Presented in partnership with McIntosh Laboratory, Inc. & Sonus faber , our first Salon at YDF Interiors brought together an inspiring group of designers, architects and creative minds for an evening exploring the relationship between sound, space and design.

From the conversation on stage to the details of the evening, these moments capture the atmosphere of our first Salon — intimate, thoughtful and centred around ideas worth sharing.

This question opened the first edition of Salon Series at YDF Interiors — Sound by Design, presented in partnership with McIntosh & Sonus faber.

Bringing together perspectives from design, architecture and culture, the conversation explored how sound can shape atmosphere, emotion and the way we experience a space — and why it deserves a place in the design conversation from the very beginning.

A special thank you to our speakers Livio Cucuzza and Tim Garmin for sharing their perspectives and contributing to such an inspiring conversation.

Salon I marked the beginning of a new series of intimate gatherings exploring the ideas shaping contemporary living.
