Yunus Emre Institute in London proudly presents its new project, “A Pinch of Anatolia” which will take you to an exquisite culinary journey through the 13.000 year-old food history of Anatolia. The discovery of this deeply rooted cuisine will be brought to you through delicious supper clubs, informative talks, workshops and podcasts with chefs and producers.

“A Pinch of Anatolia” aims to let you experience the depth and multitude of the cultural layers that constitutes the Anatolian culinary heritage.
