✨ NEW Recipe! ✨ Incredible taste aside, one of the best things about zucchini bread is that - like other quick bread recipes (e.g. banana bread or pumpkin bread) - it’s super easy to make! You don’t need any special equipment here; just a box grater, a couple of mixing bowls, and two loaf pans. The ingredients are simple, too. How so healthy, you ask? Well, we’ve traded just about every refined ingredient for their less processed, more natural and nutrient dense counterparts. Sugar to honey, white flour to wholewheat, butter to unprocessed oils, chocolate to seeds, fruits or nuts. We’ve also done a nifty bit of rebalancing along the way; a higher banana content from the outset, less fats and more natural sugars. Together, these changes lead to a lighter, healthier banana bread – that is still utterly moreish and absolutely packed with flavour. Yum! 🙌

Whip up this delicious, no-bake snack in just 15 mins! A beloved classic in Danish baking, Søsterkage is cherished across Scandinavia for its simplicity and fabulous taste. To the surprise of many, this is a yeasted cake – and in some respects it follows a similar baking process as bread (albeit with only one short rise phase). All of this makes for a truly unique texture and flavour – a bit like a pound cake crossed with a fruit cake, but spongier and with less fruit. It’s also not super sweet, so you can get away with a thick layer of icing on top, or even toast and butter it!

The name “Søsterkage” or “sister cake” is believed to have originated from the idea that this pastry is so delicious and special that it is meant to be shared amongst sisters.

We highly recommend you experiment with different mix-ins - almond extract, dried cherries, walnuts and pistachios all work great! We absolutely love this bake - and are sure you will too. 🇩🇰 😍

A traditional Panettone loaf is really quite special, but let’s be honest, it is a bit of a faff. At the very least, you need to buy special Panettone moulds, which for the most part are also not reusable. It’s also a very long and technical bake. Although a classic Panettone dough is built around candied fruits and nuts, in more recent years chocolate Panettone has been getting a lot of love. Our take on these scrummy muffins gives you everything this wondrous Italian bread has to offer – but with equipment you most likely already have. It’s a win-win! 🍫 🇮🇹
