So excited to be taking part in this years NABS Art Auction. I have been a Mental Health Ambassador for over 6 years now, and I use art to improve my own mental wellbeing. I thoroughly encourage everyone to take up a creative practice, as it really does enhance your mental health!

Thrilled for my art to be spotlighted by NABS 😊 Even more thrilled to be part of this fantastic initiative to raise funds for NABS, who do such an amazing job in raising awareness of mental health in the workplace, and supporting people in the media industry 🙌

For anyone interested in learning more, The Inside-Out Revolution by Michael Neill was the game changer book for me.

It opened my eyes to the thing that was missing from my life, creativity. Which is fundamentally who/what we are 😀
