Balloons in Bloom ♥️
Never ones to resist a countryside escape, especially when it involves a little culinary magic, we are thrilled to return this summer to the enchanting gardens of Beaverbrook for another season of their extraordinary hot air balloon dining experience.
This year’s theme, Balloons in Bloom, pairs the evocative flowers of our Still Life 1815 design with Beaverbrook’s signature open flame Japanese Yakiniku barbecue. It is a feast for all the senses; movement, texture and flavour, served beneath the summer skies in your very own stationary hot air balloon.
Inspired by a sense of natural generosity, the setting draws on the painterly world of our Still Life collection, where florals and foliage feel as though the landscape itself has been translated onto the balloon.
Rather than lifting away from the garden, guests are invited deeper into it. The experience becomes grounded and intimate; a slow, considered escape where the boundaries between table, garden and sky gently dissolve. Here, dining is not separate from its surroundings but in conversation with them.
Each balloon, dressed in our beautiful Still Life, becomes a haven for up to four. Guests are welcomed to enjoy refreshing cocktails inspired by Beaverbrook’s blooming gardens, then delight in a five-course journey through Japanese flavours: a tartar platter, seasonal salad, an immersive open-flame yakiniku barbecue, and a spectacular origami matcha pudding.
Whether by sunlight or starlight, it is a moment made for everlasting.
