Founded in 2012 by Tuba Korkmaz, the practice has an extensive portfolio ranging from residential, commercial, development and housing projects. A compact bathroom transformed into a calm, functional and serene space ✨

Through careful planning, we integrated both a freestanding bath and a wet-room shower, allowing the compact footprint to work harder while keeping the space open and uncluttered.

Walls and floors are finished in soft green microcement, creating a seamless backdrop complemented by natural marble mosaics, and fluted glass and warm wood vanity details.

Balancing softness and simplicity through a palette of greens and natural stone, the design creates a quiet, calming atmosphere.🤍

Setting the tone from the moment you enter ✨

Often overlooked, the hallway sets the tone for the entire home. At this project, the hallway and staircase were completely reworked to restore their original proportions while creating a more contemporary flow as you move down through the house.

The ground floor retains its traditional character, gradually transitioning toward the lower ground floor through the use of natural materials, colours and softer, more modern detailing.

From worn details to considered finishes, this was about elevating a transitional space into something you genuinely feel as you move through the home.🤍

A transformation we’re especially proud of. A hidden gem, reimagined 🙌🏻✨

This was a complete transformation of the entire house. We carefully stripped it back and restored its original character, while introducing a new layer beneath the historic home to bring light and life into the garden level. From planning and architecture through to interiors and project management, we led every stage of the process.

Set on a tucked-away site with no vehicle access, the build came with its challenges, which makes the final result even more rewarding.🙌🏻
