It's been a beautiful weekend down by Richmond riverside. Behind the scenes this weekend, important changes have been taking place for renters:👇

From 1st May 2026:
🏡 Tenancies moved to rolling agreements (no fixed end date)
📅 You can leave at any time with 2 months’ notice
⚖️ Rent increases are limited to once per year

At Swift, we’re writing to all our tenants this month, sharing the government-issued Renters’ Rights Information Sheet. If you're a tenant in the UK, keep an eye out for this; it's required for all existing tenancy agreements and your agency / landlord should be sending it your way.
