What better way to round off the week than with a slice of kindness (and cake)? ☺️ 🍰

A huge thank you to Johnson Tiles and Johnson Tiles Outlet for holding charity bake sales at their Crewe office and Tunstall Factory Outlet to mark World Mental Health Day.

Thank you to everyone who baked, bought a treat or donated. A fantastic £331.50 was raised for North Staffs and Cheshire Mind!

We’re so grateful to everyone who got involved. Your support helps us continue supporting local people with their mental health 💙

Small format, considered differently.

Scale, orientation and colour can completely change how tile interacts with a space. From wrapping architectural features to defining zones,
smaller formats offer another layer of creative flexibility with our Prismatics & Spectrum.

Designing with colour. 💙

Shades of blue creates an immersive backdrop, while concrete textures and warmer accents introduce contrast and balance.

A bold palette doesn’t have to overpower a space — it can help define its identity.

Are warmer tones redefining the neutral palette?

Blush, clay and muted pinks are moving beyond accent colour, bringing warmth without overwhelming a scheme. Paired with deeper browns, timber and tactile finishes, the result feels grounded, soft and
contemporary.

What’s influencing the materials we specify?

Colour, texture, pattern and finish all play a role in shaping the spaces around us — often reflecting wider shifts in design, culture and the way we want interiors to feel.

We explore the trends, colours and material directions influencing surface design in our latest Tile Trace trend report.

When the surface is the statement.

Bold veining, deep colour and large-format application turn tile from backdrop to architecture.

For spaces built to leave an impression, let the material lead.

🏃‍♀️🎄 Johnson Tiles are running for North Staffs Mind! 🎄🏃‍♂️ On Saturday 6th December, some of our amazing team members will be lacing up their trainers (and probably donning some festive elf ears!) to take part in the Mental Elf 5k Run 2026.

We're raising money for North Staffs Mind, a cause that means a great deal to all of us. 💚

For 50 years, North Staffs Mind & Cheshire has been promoting mental health and wellbeing across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands. In that time, they've supported thousands of adults, children and young people to improve their wellbeing, better understand how to cope with mental health challenges, and move forward in their lives.

Every donation, big or small, helps make a real difference. Thank you so much in advance for your support!

Warmth is all in the details.

In commercial interiors, creating a sense of warmth is often about how materials work together. Warm neutrals, tactile surfaces, considered lighting and repeated finishes can add depth and softness while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

Our Chroma & Skyline ranges bring these elements together, offering versatile surfaces for considered commercial schemes.

Two months ago our garden looked like a junkyard!

The decking had gone rotten, we’d basically given up on it, but I knew I could redesign it and give us an amazing outdoor space to host in!

I visited the outlet and picked out the perfect exterior tiles. They’re porcelain so they’re super easy to maintain but they have the most gorgeous texture and the colour is stunning against our grey and black house.

If you want to transform YOUR patio then head to Johnson’s Tiles and check out their range!
