This might be an unpopular opinion but kids like colourful bedrooms that reflect their personality and interests! 🌈

I see so many kids spaces on here that are clearly done for the parents tastes and I find it so sad! No child is going to be choosing the beige aesthetic 😂

Now, I’m not saying you have to go all out Marvel or Peppa Pig but there can be a middle ground. Even if you don’t want to decorate, a plain white room can be really lifted with colourful bedding, wall art, cute books and toys and wall stickers - just have a look at some of these images for inspo as the majority of them feature white walls!

I’d love to know your thoughts on this, do you think kids rooms should decorated for them or should it be the parents tastes?

I was just going to post a quick ‘happy valentines day’ snap and then I got carried away making a carousel. And then I started to see all the other pics I’d taken and not posted. And THEN I realised how much I liked some and disliked others so I started rating them 🙃

And now, here we are. What should have been a quick 5 minute post took me nearly an hour 😂

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my little slide show of pictures from the season of love 💞 I have loved seeing all the vibrant pink and red in my home and on my feed, it’s been just the tonic for such a dull, grey start to the year ❤️

Every year I write notes about worked and what didn’t for us as a family at Christmas and this year I thought I should extend it to my business too ✨

So here’s 5 things I need to remember for next year to make for a smoother Christmas season ☝️
