Our latest project for in Copenhagen was conceived to soften the building’s monumental character and introduce warmth, intimacy and a welcoming atmosphere through texture, crafted detail and a subtle reinterpretation of Nordic design.

In the lounge area, a central booth seating area with integrated bespoke lighting in hand-cut wood creates a strong focal point within the space. Soft timber partitions help define the layout and bring a sense of intimacy, while lounge chairs designed by the studio form smaller, more relaxed seating moments throughout. The result is a calm and inviting space shaped around comfort, atmosphere and human scale

And also Westbourne Park has been named a finalist in the Mix Design Awards 2026!

Designed as a calm, domestic alternative to conventional co-working, the space retains the building’s exposed concrete structure while introducing warmth through sapele joinery, ceramics and planting.
A sequence of flexible zones — from communal workbenches and day beds to enclosed booths — supports varied working styles, creating a tactile, community-focused environment that balances wellbeing, longevity and commercial viability.

Excited to share that our project .canal.canal at Westbourne Park, has been named finalist in the Mix Design Awards 2026!

Set within a site rich in industrial character, the design embraces exposed concrete and visible services, softened by crafted elements and handmade textures that evoke the movement and tactility of water.

Set across 76 bedrooms, with social spaces and a restaurant by award winning
The interiors are conceived to feel layered and lived-in, reflecting the city’s collected character.
Elements of the building’s original fabric have been retained and celebrated, allowing its rich history to remain present throughout. These sit alongside a stripped-back, restrained material palette, with contemporary interventions that quietly draw on Glasgow’s industrial past

Our latest project, Copenhagen, draws on Nordic design principles while bringing human scale and softness to the monolithic architecture.

For the café, we developed a restrained palette of stained woods, peach stone and textured fabrics, creating a soft contrast against the concrete shell. A handmade pendant light creates a central focal point above the bespoke seating whilst custom high seats punctuate the circular architecture.

Our latest project, Copenhagen, draws on Nordic design principles while bringing human scale and softness to the monolithic architecture.

In the reception, a focal desk clad in handmade lava tiles is paired with handmade lamps, creating a warm and tactile first impression. Crafted check-in kiosks in carved wood appear suspended on peach stone plinths, adding a sculptural quality to the space. Bespoke armchairs and soft seating, all designed by us for the project, complete the reception and introduce comfort, texture and character.

The bar quietly anchors our latest project Anise, a speakeasy in the heart of the City born as a collaboration between chef and mixologist .lyan

Retaining the original marble, we softened and rebalanced it with orange and green terrazzo detailing and a dark oak counter, drawing on the chromatic warmth of Indian spices. Above, a deep green velvet curtain wraps the perimeter, introducing tactility and intimacy. Within this canopy, a bespoke marquetry artwork by made from off-cut veneers, celebrates material reuse and craftsmanship
