Arrival at Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Budapest immediately introduces the character of both the building and Budapest itself.

This 19th-century landmark blends restored architecture with references to Baroque, Romanesque, and Art Nouveau design, alongside Hungarian traditions of metalwork, embroidery, and tile-making.

From the reception onwards, its history is present without preventing the hotel from feeling contemporary.

Designed for evenings overlooking the Aegean.

At Bolla Bar, at Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort, an arched entrance inspired by traditional Mykonian architecture leads into an intimate lounge before opening onto the sea-facing terrace.

A Dionysos marble and mirrored bar, bespoke lighting and the glow of the outdoor firepit take on a different character as daylight fades.

A historic frieze rediscovered after 40 years. During the restoration of Royal Savoy Lausanne, this façade was found beneath a wall of plaster.

Now protected as a listed monument, its blue, green, and ochre tones reflect Lake Geneva, the surrounding vineyards, and Lavaux.

Preserving the past became part of shaping the hotel’s future, as timeless design can begin with what's already there.
