Hi I'm Love! Nice to meet many of you who are here new.
My paintings explore the relationship between the human spirit, the divine feminine and the natural world. I’m interested in how women carry ancestral wisdom through their bodies, and how that wisdom guides us, and the planet back to balance.
My practice is shaped by an Animist view of life. It's my understanding that all things hold energy and consciousness. I am also informed by Obeah traditions from my Caribbean lineage and the nature-centred cosmologies of Celtic Shamanism. These lineages teach me to see art making as a conversation with living forces rather than a solitary act.
Working in acrylic and mixed media, I build layered worlds that mirror the processes of healing and transformation. Plant medicines, ritual gestures, and natural symbols often appear as pathways between worlds. Each piece becomes a place to listen to what is ancient and still alive within us.
Through painting, I seek to remember how spirit moves through matter and how creation itself can be an act of restoration. My work asks what it means to journey inward while staying rooted in community, ancestry, and the earth that sustains us.
My creative path has been shaped by both art and survival. Years of living with womb conditions (endometriosis ,PCOS, Adenomyosis) taught me to listen to my body as a guide rather than resist it. That journey brought me home to myself and opened the door to my spiritual work. Painting became a way to translate healing into something visual, to turn experience into beauty and create something that helps others remember their own power.
Alongside art, I offer Reiki and Shamanic Energywork sessions that hold space for emotional, physical, and energetic renewal. In the past I've offered Creative Workshops, that allow women to come back to their creativity. I am a mixed media visual artist, energyworker, shamanic practitioner, speaker, creative shaman, plant medicine advocate, wife, cat lady, Animist Obeahwoman, and womb-self-healer.
Every part of my life is a form of practice a living reminder that beauty, energy, and spirit are all expressions of the same truth: creation heals.
