Construction starting soon in Cambodia.

For this compact stone showroom, the ambition was to work beyond the limits of the space.

The client introduced a clear vision: to scan large-format natural stone slabs at source, globally, and display them at full scale in-store — allowing each piece to be experienced in its entirety.

We designed the space around this idea.

Small physical samples anchor the experience in touch — weight, texture, temperature.
While the full-scale display reveals the material in all its depth, variation, and unpredictability.

A small footprint, carefully designed to hold something much larger.

It is exciting to see this large private residence beginning to take shape on site in Bukit Timah, Singapore.

With the installation of the natural stone finishes now underway, the architectural character of the house is starting to emerge. Travertine walls define the main volumes of the home, while granite elements shape the pool.

What until recently was structure and scaffolding is gradually transforming into space, light and material — revealing the generous volumes and calm, tactile atmosphere unfolding within this expansive home in the heart of the city.

Excited to share that we’re beginning work on a new refurbishment project: a beautiful apartment in the iconic 9 Pisos building, right in the heart of Murcia.

Originally built in 1914, this landmark is deeply embedded in the city’s architectural memory — and we feel truly privileged to have the opportunity to work within such a singular piece of heritage.

This photo was taken in London, when we were taking the first steps to shape Inully.

The UK has been an important part of our journey ever since. It is where many of our professional friendships began and where they continue to grow.

London has given us perspective, relationships, and a network that still influences the way we practice today.

What happens when you ask an 8-year-old to help design your educational project?

While developing this play-and-learn courtyard for Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse, the design team was refining the bicycle track — yet something still felt missing. So we turned to one of our youngest “consultants”, Javier’s 8-year-old son, for feedback. His response came instantly:

“It’s obvious — there’s no finish line!”

Months later, when the project was completed, he saw the black-and-white checkered line painted across the track and smiled with quiet pride — the kind of joy only children can express when their ideas come to life.

Sometimes the best design insights come from the most unexpected places — especially from those who’ll use the space with the most imagination.

Our team was in Xiamen, China recently to handpick travertine for one of our projects.

There’s something special about being there in person, walking through the yards, touching the slabs, and seeing the stone in its raw state before it becomes part of a home.

These trips remind us why materials matter: they carry stories, textures, and a sense of place that no sample book can capture.

In southern Spain, surrounded by olive groves, we worked closely with our client on reimagining a traditional orchard home. The brief was clear: reconfigure the layout for modern life while preserving the essence of Mediterranean style.

Together, we explored material palettes, light, and space. Whitewashed walls, timber details, and earthy textures became the framework for a home rooted in tradition yet open to contemporary living.

A rewarding journey where dialogue shaped design.

🌱 Designing with roots, quite literally!
Richard & Luther, alongside Yip and the rest of the team, recently traveled to Malaysia to handpick plants and trees for our Bukit Timah project.
For us, landscape isn’t decoration. It’s an integral part of architecture. By choosing species early, we ensure homes grow in harmony with nature from day one.
And yes, when the trees get lush, the clothes get louder 🌺😎
