I’ve been quiet for a while. Not because I disappeared, but because I needed to pause.

Over the past months, I stepped back to reflect on how I truly wanted to move forward - with my life, my work, and HOUSE OF LILAH.

I trained as a Reiki practitioner, started working as a transformative coach, and spent time reconnecting with the power of energy, intuition, and intentional living.

Things didn’t fall into place overnight. They rarely do. But slowly, gently, the pieces are coming together. I’m clearer than ever on my purpose: to offer a more holistic approach to wellness - one that nurtures the mind, the body, the energy, and creativity as a whole.

As we’re stepping into 2026, my wish for you (and for us) is this:
✨ more alignment and less pressure
✨ more listening to ourselves and less noise
✨ more courage to honour what feels true, even if it means changing direction
