PAN- PROJECTS We are collaborative architectural design studio based in London, UK. The studio dedicates one’s creation to celebrate the diversity of our living world.

We create architecture, Interior, Installation, product and graphic designs through multidisciplinary collaborations. PAN- PROJECTS is an architectural design studio led by Japanese architect duo based in London, UK. Since co-founded by Kazumasa Takada (MArch, RIBA, ARB), & Yuriko Yagi (MArch, Arkitekt MAA) in 2017, the studio has been actively engaging international projects with multi-cultural inspirations and interdisciplinary collaborations. The duo conceiving architecture as a creation formed by fabricating complex elements. Manipulating the relationships of various factors, the studio creates another harmony in diversity for humanity.

Over the past few weeks, we took part in the AA Architecture Incubator Masterclass.

It was a special opportunity to hear directly from remarkable people across architecture, culture, education and development.

We came away with many new perspectives, and plenty of energy for what comes next!

Thank you to the Architectural Association and everyone involved, and especially to Marko Milovanovic etc. for inviting us and putting the course together:)

The Playhouse / Field of Walls

Rotating Walls divide and reconnect the interior, allowing the space to change through different configurations.

Freestanding surfaces, reflections and openings create a spatial field that changes as one moves through it.

Following our previous post on the rotating wall detail, these images show how the same system operates across the interior.

Jia CURATED 2026, Bali

A few moments from our time at Jia CURATED, where we presented maquettes as part of this year’s Architecture in Scale exhibition.

The model brought together all three realised versions of Earthboat｜地球を肌で感じる宿 , "Earthboat Hut", "Earthboat Cave" and "Earthboat Nomad", imagining them within a single landscape and showing how each responds differently to its surroundings.

It was a pleasure to share the project in Bali and to meet so many designers, architects and makers from across the region. Beyond the exhibition itself, the conversations and encounters throughout the week made the experience memorable!

We are pleased to announce that PAN- PROJECTS will take part in Jia CURATED 2026 in Bali this August.

We have been invited to participate in Architecture in Scale, an exhibition bringing together architectural models by 25 studios from Indonesia and across Asia. The exhibition explores how architectural ideas are communicated through scale, material and making, beyond drawings and digital representations.

Taking place at Pengembak Beach, this year’s Jia CURATED brings together craft, design and culture under the theme Nature Weave, examining the relationships between people, design and the natural environment.

We look forward to sharing more about the work we will be presenting soon!

As 3daysofdesign is happening in Copenhagen, we wanted to share a small note on our Paper Pavilion at Kunsthal Charlottenborg

Originally built for CHART Art Fair in 2017, the pavilion was later relocated to Kunsthal Charlottenborg, where it has served as the museum’s reception and bookshop area for almost a decade.

With the museum’s upcoming renovation, Paper Pavilion will soon come to the end of its time at Charlottenborg.

For those visiting Copenhagen during 3daysofdesign, we would be very happy if you could stop by Kunsthal Charlottenborg and see the pavilion one last time:)
