- Get bright light as early as possible on Sunday morning.
- Shift your bedtime 30 minutes earlier in the lead up to Sunday.
- Keep your wake time consistent to help regulate your sleep-wake cycle.

Light is the most powerful signal for your circadian rhythm. You can use light to both prepare your body in advance of daylight savings and to speed up your adjustment to new time zones. Give your body clear light signals and it will do the rest ☀️🙌

Here’s how Sunday Light works ⬇

Indoor environments are typically 50 - 100x dimmer than daylight. Your eyes adjust, so spaces feel bright, but your circadian system knows the difference. Over time, that gap between the light your body needs and the light your environment provides starts to show up in your energy, your focus, your sleep.

Traditional SAD lamps can deliver the required intensity, but only inches from your face. Delivering daylight-level brightness across an entire room comfortably, silently, and beautifully, required rethinking indoor lighting from the ground up.
That’s what Sunday is.

At 34,500 lumens, Sunday produces 30 - 50x more light than a typical SAD lamp. Enough to fill a space, not just a spot. Sustaining that output required an entirely new approach to cooling: a fully sealed, silent liquid-cooling system runs through the structure. No plumbing. No maintenance.
