Winsper Design Print Based in South Staffordshire in a small pink studio, I create original patterns that are hand printed onto fabrics, paper and other useful things for the home.

I will be launching a series of printing workshops in Autumn 2019.

Finally figured out the perfect spot for my printing table in the new space- a little studio island! The table’s on wheels so I can shift it around easily.

My beloved pink studio now belongs to my eldest, who’s filled it with guitars, drums, pedals, amps… and who knows what else. It felt very odd to be working in this room at first- but it’s coming together.

This paper is for his room it’s Augustus in The Green.

My Story

Hello and welcome

I’m Rachel Winsper, Mom to three cheeky boys, wife to a very patient even keeled husband and i’m a pattern maker. I’ve loved all things interior since I was about 6. I love the process of transforming a space. I love how a well-designed space can change how people feel. After working in interior design for some years, I decided to set up on my own so I could be home and work around the boys. I have always adored printed pattern, especially on fabrics and wallpaper. A happy home for me is one full of pattern and colour. So recently I decided to step away from the interior design side of my business and see where pattern making takes me. I create patterns, hand carve them onto lino blocks and then hand print them onto fabrics and papers. I will be launching a series of printing workshops in Autumn 2019.
