The brief was to create a brighter, more open kitchen and dining space that worked effortlessly for family life ✨🏡|
 
We reworked the layout and introduced large skylights and full-width bi-fold doors to bring natural light deep into the home ☀️ The result is a calm, open space with room to cook, gather, and entertain with ease.
 
Full-height joinery keeps storage clean and streamlined, while the utility room was designed with the same attention to detail as the rest of the space 🤍

We created a side infill extension to open up the ground floor, introducing light-filled kitchen and dining spaces that flow effortlessly into the garden ☀️🏡 Large glazing and a bespoke water rill feature bring movement, reflection, and a quiet sense of calm😌

Project Brief: Caoimhe and Charlie wanted more space, more light, and a better connection to their garden. Their old kitchen felt cramped and cut off, it just didn’t work for the way they lived.

They pictured a space where they could cook, host, and unwind, somewhere that felt open, modern, and welcoming.

With full-length bi-folding doors, a flush patio, and a bespoke rooflight overhead, natural light now fills the room. Underfloor heating, a new utility, and even a tucked-away loo under the stairs brought comfort and practicality into the mix.

Now, this kitchen isn’t just brighter, it’s their favourite part of the house.
