A little something different at Wellingtons Kitchens recently.

We welcomed Lesley, star of The Great British Bake Off, to our Erith showroom for a full day of Victoria Sponge Perfection.

Our working showroom kitchen was put through its paces as guests baked from scratch, made jam, picked up plenty of Lesley’s tips and tricks and, of course, enjoyed lots of tea, cake and conversation along the way.

A huge thank you to Lesley and everyone who joined us for such a brilliant day. We loved seeing our kitchen being used exactly as it should be.

There was something a little different cooking at Wellingtons Kitchens in Erith on Saturday 18 July. From light and fluffy sponge layers to homemade jam and silky buttercream, this full-day class is designed for both beginner bakers and enthusiastic cake lovers alike.
