Kingston Island /Ravens Ait
Ravens Ait sits in a distinctive position on the Thames, shaped by its riverside setting and long association with maritime training. For many years it served as a base for the Navy League and the Sea Cadet Corps, giving the island a clear naval heritage that informed our approach to the guestrooms.
Our work across the public areas focused on strengthening the connection between land, water and building, using a palette drawn from the river and surrounding landscape. Contemporary detailing and calm, natural tones bring clarity and warmth to the interiors. The guestrooms take subtle cues from the island’s naval past, combining structured detailing, layered lighting and a material palette to create spaces that feel grounded, welcoming and functional.
We look forward to seeing our concepts develop into reality.
