Red Red Stew, reimagined as bowl food.
A Ghanaian classic redefined for modern events, rooted in memory, heritage and flavour.
Our bowl food take on Red Red Stew brings together slow-cooked beans in rich tomato and dende oil, paired with crisp plantain and a delicate African spice dusting. Deeply comforting, vibrantly spiced, and unapologetically bold.
Red Red takes its name from its signature ingredients: red kidney beans, red tomatoes and red palm oil. But for us, it means something more personal too.
As we shared recently for International Women’s Day, this dish traces back to our founder Jay’s Nana from Ghana, who cooked it with instinct, generosity and love.
Always shared, never rushed, often eaten in front of her favourite programmes, and always with hands first, never ceremony.
Our Executive Chef has taken that memory and reimagined it for today’s luxury events, keeping its soul intact while elevating it for the modern table.
It is food that carries history. Food that tells a story. Food that still, somehow, tastes like home.
And yes… it might just change your life.
