Among many others, we can't wait to host one of the newer additions to our collection of one day workshops – Dried Flowers – returning later this month, on Saturday 29th.

We are SO exited to welcome our new class of students next week, for our first Career Course of 2022! Running from January 10th through to February 4th, each week will focus on a key area of the industry - beginning with the fundamental skills of floristry, followed by events and celebrations, weddings, and culminating in large-scale installations. A final festive throwback to one of our favourite designs of the season, our fabulous anthurium-filled installation at – our wonderful neighbours across the way. Led by Senior Tutor Theo, this Towering Christmas tree was installed and decorated by our talented students in the final week of our last Career Course of the year.

An enchanting suspended creation led by School Principal, Sophie, in the final module of our celebrated Career Course – Installations Week.

Delicate and ethereal, students used a single flower, paper-thin Lunaria (Silver Dollar) seed pods, en masse to create a beautiful tribute to winter and the natural glory of the season.

We're transfixed by this magical winter scene! For this magnificent floral frozen landscape, students used an icy blue and silver colour palette - School Principal, Sophie Powell, who led the class explains the process:

“I used blue vegan food dye to hand dye the roses and painted each stem silver, we adorned crystals on branches for the magical frozen tree and a selection of different mosses formed the ground.” What an enchanting way to the final Career Course of 2021!
