Tbt last year's "What now" exhibition at .
"Επέστρεφε συχνά και περνε με". (Come back often and take me).
An installation seeping into the tension of sexuality and spirituality taken it's inspiration from C.P. Cavafy poem "Come back".
Thanks to .foundation for letting me use the Cavafy script for the mirror etching.
Drawing: 150 X 200 cm charcoal on paper.
Mirror: 30*42 cm (X2) perspex glass carved mirror.
Altar: 20x20 cm base , MDF , wood, MDF sealer, wood stainer, gold leaf, giclee photography on archival paper.

📍Tbt: Graduate Show Installation

Left: Non Sono Una Signora (I am not a lady), 110 × 75 cm, Charcoal on paper
Right: Στες Κάμαρες Επήγα Τες Κρυφές (I went to the secret bedrooms), 110 × 75 cm, Charcoal on paper
Centre: The Pleasure Brigade, 33 × 47 × 114 cm, MDF, wood, black emulsion paint, gold leaf

These three works form a quiet conversation across language, time, and gesture.
While Non Sono Una Signora draws from Loredana Bertè’s 1982 song of defiance and self-definition, Στες Κάμαρες Επήγα Τες Κρυφές inscribes the words of C.P. Cavafy — a q***r poet whose verses once moved through secrecy and coded desire.

Between them stands The Pleasure Brigade, a black-painted lectern edged with gold leaf. Initially meant to hold a book of poetry and etchings, it now stands empty — a gesture of openness and reverence. Positioned between viewer and image, it becomes a threshold, an offering, and an invitation to imagine what connects object, absence, and confession.

🚨⚠️🚨Exciting news! I'll be showcasing my new project "La trave e nell'occhio di chi guarda" or "The beam is in the eye of the beholder" at the Wimbledon Art Fair from Thursday, Nov 14th to Sunday, Nov 17th.
