Cake for Barnsley Youth Choir fundraising Gala today 💙! (Also filmed this cake but editing is in progress…) I was a part of the choir all through my teens so I’m so happy to send this over to them 😊

Also I am terrible at taking photos of my cakes so here is a photo of me looking very pleased about my cake.

anyway i was going for like a birthday cake roll kinda thing, adding a tangzhong (the cooked milk and flour paste) made these rolls UNBELIEVABLE.

£8 for a vegan steak? 🥩 Seeing as I’ve had a few requests for vegan options kind of. Well I still cooked a real steak so this is entirely not vegan.

I love you please bring back the no salt beef pretzel sandwich it is so so so so so so so so so good

And to clarify I think this is actually a great vegan product and you and m&s could make beautiful vegan pretzel bun sandwiches together and then send them to me the no.1 vegan pretzel bun sandwich lover.

I’m not tryna beg for the sponsor I just really do love that sandwich so much.

the only beef I need is a beef tomato 🍅

I feel like pickles and olives are a solid addition to the girl dinner also. I loooooove a pickle, especially the Mrs elswood and a big fat olive

And tteokbokki is my favourite thing ever. This was just so good I feel so satisfied.

Patagonia is GREAT! Omg tho look at those biscuits I can’t cope.

Sadly I had to use brown crab for this, as much as I longed for the king crab (and lamb)

Always wanted to make a cornflake cake and it was lushhhh one layer of cake, hazelnut milk soak (tho it was so soft and moist it really didn’t need it) milk mousse and chocolate ganache cornflakes (with almond sea salt dark chocolate- absolutely stunnin’) btw the cornflakes don’t stay crisp in the ganache so idk.
