I bought this beautiful plate on a recent trip to Amsterdam. Its sweet blue flowers are just calling to be in a new mosaic piece!

One of the biggest mistakes I see? Not using enough glue on grooved vitreous tiles.

You need enough glue to flood the grooves on the back of the tile. That’s what helps create a strong bond.
