Scott is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Project Manager. He has worked in the property development and construction sector for over 25 years. His in-depth knowledge of the industry is a strength to the business and is key to anyone who needs help with all property related matters such as planning permission, building regulations, Licence to alter and all pre-construction and construction matters. He is a great problem solver and his commitment and persistance in assessing every individual situation and delivering the right solution is appreciated by all of our clients. By combining our joint experience in construction consultancy and interior design, we are able to offer our clients a full range of individual services: expert advice on how to extend your property and associated services (planning, building regulations, licence to alter etc...) understand what your rights are and all the stages involved in taking on your own building project construction and/or design project management skills space layout, architectural drawings, 3D visualisation design specification, mood boards, colour consultation to enable you to take on your projects or full interior design service including sourcing and procurements. We will advise on all matters, procure the right service and help you deliver your project. Based in West London, we also undertake projects in France for our clients based in the UK.
