Since 2013, ED completed a series of commissions including the Lightwell House in Fulham, Richard James'​ flagship in Savile Row, Pizza Buzz in Finsbury Square as well as a number of feasibility studies for residential developments in the UK, Mexico and Colombia. K American School Quretaro in Mexico and Barrio San Miguel, a 100-unit retirement homes complex in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
