Another client has asked us back this time to upgrade their living room. We have to include a piano. Which got me thinking and looking in the archives. Another client also asked us to design a room around a piano and this was the result. So now need to get thinking as the piano we are styling around has more of a mid century feel. Wish us luck😀

Another kitchen designed before planning approval. When designing an extension we design the kitchen fully at this stage too. As there is no point getting planning approval for a space you haven’t thought how the internal space will work for the client. I know this may seem obvious but so many times we see an extension designed with so much glass there is no usable space for a well designed kitchen internally. Now to get it costed and the to add the final design details to really elevate this space.

Always exciting to put the agreed designs into 3d. Really excited about this project as our clients brief ‘Marie, you can design anything!’ So every room will be changed to a much more modern home. Our clients felt the house currently doesn’t work for them but they didn’t want to move out of the area so we have designed the house to suit all of their needs. Now to get through planning 😀

The last floor is easier to achieve as it is an existing loft conversion so we just have to remove stud walls to give the flow to create a master suite. Larger bathroom and walk in dressing room under the eaves this really be a place to escape family life

This is the proposed 2nd floor (swipe for exisiiting). Clients wanted more storage so we took a little from each of the adjoining bedrooms to create a store to achieve this we have to reconfigure the whole landing. We are really pleased with this outcome the bedrooms are still decent sizes and we have created a large store room for all the sports equipment the clients have. Just need to remove one major structu wall to achieve it!

Another full house renovation designed every floor is changing including front and back gardens. This image shows the proposed ground floor plan (swipe for existing) we are building a small extension, redesigning a courtyard garden with garden room, moving the WC and redesigning the front garden oh and knocking a few walls out to create a better flow! Now to get through planning and build it😳
