Mid-century kitchens ran on candy-coloured doors and plywood frames. My client and I loved that look, recreated it here, and then carried the same thread through the rest of the flat’s joinery details.

The stools by Nanna Ditzel and vintage yellow pebble lamp gave it just that touch of Jetsons-era whimsy the space needed.
