When it comes to food in my kitchen I say NO to any rubbish. It is the same when looking at hot chocolate. Even though I knew is made with only three organic ingredients and wanted to compare to big brands in the shop, I was surprised with how long their ingredients list is. Like WOW! Why do we need that many in simpme hot chocolate?

Every year my dad's sunflowers grow bigger and bigger. I am not sure what is he feeding them with.

Things I wish I knew about cacao sooner… 🤎

I thought cacao was just something you put in brownies.

Then I discovered that 100% cacao can become one of the simplest little rituals in my day.
