MAKING CERAMICS
I chose throwing on the wheel as my main, favourite and beloved technique for making ceramics. I enjoy creating a mix of functional and non-functional objects. My research specializes in thrown shapes, materials and glazes. UNIQUE PIECES
Any piece is completely handmade and the process takes a full month: throwing on the wheel, trimming, letting the pieces dry slowly, firing once

at 900°C, glazing them using my own colour-recipes, and firing again at higher temperature around 1260°C. ECO FRIENDLY CHOICE
I do my best to use eco & sustainable materials for packing and shipping ceramics around the world! I mostly use green & BIODEGRADABLE bubble wrap and I make handmade packaging from newspaper and brown paper. My aim is to give life to ceramics, and let it be used by plants, nature, time, and people, you. Ceramics made for us, to be used & lived, to be a part of our life!

Join us on Sunday July 12th, we will be running a pottery workshop for families! (if you as a grown up always wanted to try and make some pottery..well, this is a great opportunity, you can do it next to your child, it will be fun!) You will be surprised at what beautiful things you can both create and how good it feels to work with your hands and some clay.

We will be making vases with clay this session - We will teach you hand-building techniques and will decorate them with colourful slips. Tasty snacks will be offered during a break :)

(All abilities are welcome, available for children aged 4-11)

Tickets - There are only a few tickets available, get in touch if you d like to book a ticket for you and your child and I will send you the Eventbrite link.

Hello friends! We are starting a FAMILY CERAMICS WORKSHOP every second Sunday of the month (10am-12pm).

Next date is on MARCH 8th and we'll be making and cups!

It's a for parents (or grandparents!) and their children. It's a lovely way to share the joy of making pottery and discovering with your child, side by side.

Costs £35 per person and includes firing of 1 piece per person, all materials and equipment. Tasty snacks may also be included.

Hope to meet you there and to something with clay together!

My Etsy shop is open again!

It took me a bit longer than what I was expecting too, but I finally opened it again. More handmade ceramics will be uploaded in the following weeks (just need to find the time to take pictures and make new listings!).

I will be able to post new orders either on Monday or Tuesday every week.
