Five Years of Impact: Celebrating
We’re proud to support as they celebrate five years of opening doors, shifting mindsets, and creating meaningful access in the interior design industry. What started as a bold vision by and has become a growing movement, driven by collaboration, care, and action.
This past year brought real momentum:
- Partnered with 53 of the UK’s leading luxury interior studios.
– Tripled the number of confirmed interns for Cohort 5, the largest yet!
– 3,500+ school learners reached through the Education & Outreach Programme
– Several graduates from the first cohort have been promoted, started entrepreneurial ventures
--The Career Pathway Internship Programme, has maintained a 98% employment rate and a 96% retention within the industry
– Seven fireside chats with some of the industry’s leading voices
