Delusiodoodle is bringing two free, small‑group creative workshops to Cricklewood Library and Community Cafe: Journaling & Doodling (Thursdays, 11:00–12:30) and Calming Colouring (Wednesdays, 11:00–12:30). Each session of the 9 week series offers a soft, sensory‑aware space, a short guided grounding, a shared theme, time to create at your own pace, optional sharing, and a simple closing ritual.
