Creating a warm minimalist home is about solving the right challenges with the right vision.

For this villa in Dubai Hills, the starting point was a home with great potential, but spaces that felt more closed off, darker, and less connected to the lifestyle our clients wanted.

Their goal was to create a home that felt lighter, more open, calmer, and more personal.

To make that happen, we:
- reworked the ground floor layout
- brought in more natural light with glass panels
- shaped the lounge into a softer, more welcoming space
- redesigned the outdoor areas to feel fully connected to the home
- guided the full journey, from drawings and approvals to finishes and ex*****on

The result is a warm minimalist villa that feels elegant, functional, and beautifully aligned with everyday life in Dubai Hills.
