It’s the details you don’t always notice that make all the difference.

From beautifully crafted, textured handles to clever oak storage tucked neatly inside cupboard doors, every element of this kitchen has been carefully considered.

The glazed cabinetry adds an elegant finishing touch, while the deep charcoal finish brings a timeless, contemporary feel.

At Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven, we believe exceptional kitchen design is about much more than appearances. It’s about combining beautiful materials, thoughtful craftsmanship and intelligent storage to create a space that works just as well as it looks.

Bespoke craftsmanship, made right here in Surrey. 🖤

Did you know we have our own workshop just outside Cobham?

It’s a big part of what makes BK11 different.

From beautifully crafted kitchen cabinetry to bespoke bathroom furniture, utility rooms, boot rooms and even libraries, having our own workshop gives us the freedom to create pieces that are designed specifically for your home.

No compromising on sizes, finishes or layouts to fit what’s available off the shelf.

Instead, our designers work closely with our skilled carpenters to bring every detail to life, from the initial drawings through to the finished piece.

The freedom to create something truly bespoke, with quality craftsmanship at every stage.

A utility room doesn’t need a huge footprint to work beautifully. Here, every centimetre has been considered - from the stacked laundry appliances concealed behind bespoke cabinetry to the generous storage, practical Belfast sink and worktop space.

The original stained-glass window brings all the character, while the clean cabinetry and warm timber details keep the scheme feeling calm and considered.

It’s exactly what good design should do: make everyday spaces work harder, without compromising on how they look.

This Cobham kitchen is a great example of why the design stage matters so much. The soft sage cabinetry creates a calm, timeless feel, but it’s the layout that really makes the space work — generous storage, uninterrupted worktop space and a compact breakfast peninsula that adds somewhere to sit without compromising the flow of the room.

At BK11, we don’t start with a standard kitchen and make it fit. We look at the space, how you use it and what you need from it, then design every element around you.

Designed around you. Built to last.

Turnkey should mean more than simply handing over the keys at the end.

At BK11, it means one experienced team taking responsibility for the entire journey, from design and product selection to trades, timings, installation and the unexpected things that inevitably come up along the way.

No juggling multiple contractors. No chasing suppliers. No trying to work out what needs to happen next.

Just a joined-up, carefully managed process with the same standard of care running through every stage.

Because creating a beautiful new kitchen or bathroom should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

That’s what turnkey means to us.

Soft, warm and full of subtle detail, this bathroom is all about the finishing touches.

This was part of a larger project for a wonderful client who trusted BK11 with several rooms throughout their home. We love projects like this, where we can create a sense of continuity from one space to the next while still giving every room its own identity.

Here, the palette is deliberately calm, but the details do the work: the scalloped feature tiles behind the basin, softly illuminated mirror, fluted vanity and warm brushed brass finishes all add layers without making the room feel busy.

And, as always, it’s not simply about choosing beautiful products. Every element is considered together, from the lighting and storage to the shower layout, finishes and those all-important final details.

One of the best parts of what we do is connecting with other local businesses who share the same commitment to quality, service and doing things properly.

Recently, we visited Bakers Garden Buildings and spent some time with owner and MD Martin Baker, taking a look around their fantastic garden rooms.

There’s a lot of crossover between the two businesses. Like BK11, Bakers offer a premium, end-to-end service, guiding their clients from the initial idea right through to the finished space.

And it got us thinking about the possibilities…

A beautifully designed garden room with a BK11 kitchen, bathroom or wellness space? Absolutely.

With both businesses working across areas including Cobham, Weybridge, Oxshott and Esher, there are plenty of opportunities for our services to complement one another and, importantly, for us to introduce our clients to another trusted local specialist.

Martin will be visiting our new BK11 showroom once the expansion is complete, so watch this space.

A big thank you to Jon Withers at Digital Ascent, who introduced us after meeting at a recent BNI Esher event.

A kitchen designed as part of the whole project, not as a standalone room.

For this home, every element was considered together, from the layout and cabinetry to appliances, worktops, lighting, flooring and the finer finishing details, creating a space that feels calm, cohesive and genuinely works for everyday life.

That’s a big part of the BK11 approach. We don’t simply design and fit a kitchen. We can manage the project from the first ideas through to the building work, installation and final finish, with one team taking responsibility throughout.

The result? Fewer compromises, better continuity and a finished space where everything feels like it belongs.

Design. Supply. Install. The whole project, handled by BK11.

This is exactly why cloakrooms are such good rooms to have a little fun with.

The Ca’ Pietra tiles are the hero here. That rich blue, laid in a mixed-direction pattern, gives the room movement and stops it feeling too neat or predictable.

Against that, the brushed brass from House of Piccadilly adds warmth, while the fluted Dansani bathroom furniture basin brings in a completely different texture. The Cosentino UK Silestone worktop keeps everything crisp and the oversized Origins Living mirror opens the whole room up.

It’s a really good example of how combining colour, pattern, texture and finish can give a relatively simple scheme much more personality.

Tiles: Ca’ Pietra
Furniture + basin: Dansani bathroom furniture
Worktop: Cosentino UK / Silestone By Cosentino
