Yesterday was a really productive day working with my business coach, Izzy from King's Dance Academy

Running a business independently can, at times, feel overwhelming, so having the space to step back, refine my vision and put a clear strategy in place has been invaluable. Having a considered plan, clear direction and someone to keep me accountable is helping me stay focused on what I’m building and, importantly, enjoy the process along the way.

And back to the beautiful part…

I’m currently working on these bespoke William Morris curtains for a client, crafted with the attention to detail and quality that goes into every piece I create.

There’s something timeless about William Morris — beautiful pattern, considered design and fabrics that deserve to be made into something exceptional.

I cannot wait to see these curtains finished and in their new home. ✨

We are experiencing some electrical faults at the shop and working hard to get this fixed hoping to be open at the back end of the week if not we will see you next week!

Don’t worry I have taken my machine home to do smaller jobs and will be in touch with everyone!

☀️ Due to the heat, all your haberdashery needs will only be open until lunchtime today.

Unfortunately, I’m not coping very well with the hot weather, and with the shop being right at the top of the hill and in full sun for most of the day, it’s just a little too much today!

Thank you for your understanding, and I’ll be back to normal opening hours as soon as the temperatures ease. Stay cool and look after yourselves! 🥵☀️
