From one extreme to the other. Less than 2 hours for what can only be described as a transformation.

The customer had moved into a rented house with a badly stained lounge carpet. They asked me to match the colour of the stair carpet which I think I nailed.

New carpet and underlay for £350.

I've just finished this traditional weave, double whipped edges by Whitestone Weavers.

This was a large, bespoke floor, which I've fitted throughout this beautiful victorian house. More to follow soon.

Who says the border has to be the same colour as the field? This gives a really striking contrast creating a beautiful bespoke floor 💕

This is Project LVT herringbone with a double border to really set it off. Floor was fully prepared and the LVT was fitted onto12mm flooring grade ply.

This floor was created with Elegance Royale LVT, and the result is just what the customer wanted. They were thrilled not only with the finished look, but the price too. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Elegance Royale is probably the best LVT you've never heard of. It has a 0.55mm wear layer, which is usually only found in the top brand names you're familiar with.

The summer is flying by, and it's time to refresh your home 🏡

This flooring is Elegance Royale in color Sovereign Oak. This is probably the best quality LVT you've never heard of 👌The price is fantastic and it looks amazing. It has a 0.55mm wear layer which is comparable if not better to any of the big brands, without paying for the name.

Busy day today - got the ply fitted and some of the LVT down. It'll be finished by Saturday and will look amazing.

The house belongs to one of my best friends daughters, and she can count on me to get it looking tip top. I'll post follow on pictures when it's completed 👌

Today's fitting was a sub-contracting job in a rental house. Always a good thing when the landlord cares about quality as well as affordability 👌

Karndean LVT to the downstairs area, a good quality vinyl to the bathrooms, finished with Berber carpet to all other areas.

Summer is well under way, and it's time to refresh your home 🏡

Modern vinyl flooring has come a long way since the days of old-school linoleum, offering massive upgrades in both durability and modern, funky designs. You could stick with the traditional plank look, or even animal prints and everything in between.

Waterproof: Can be safely installed in full bathrooms, basements, and kitchens.

Scratch Resistance: Built to withstand heavy pet claws and high foot traffic.

Comfort: Much softer and warmer underfoot than real tile or hardwood.

Vinyl performs exceptionally well over time, preventing future replacement costs. It's highly durable and resists scratches, dents, and heavy foot traffic in busy areas. It's also low maintenance, with just a quick sweep and a mop!

Summer is here, and it's time to refresh your home 🏡
