A quick sneak peek at two of my latest pieces as part of a new collection of wallhangings ready for Handmade Oxford at Waterperry Gardens 12th,13th and 14th June. This will be the first release of new work since a sell out show at Wizardry in Wood in London in October 2025.

The shop will be shut for the next few days as I will be here, if you've never been before its well work the effort, probably my favourite show of the year. I've got a 9m wide pitch so should be easy to find in the area in front of the house. I'll be selling my turned work, alongside my CNC and Laser items, new and 2nd hand turning tools, chucks etc etc, wood, finishes, abrasives, and I'm doing 10% off on all sales over £75.00 so come and say Hi and perhaps pick up a bargain.

Quick update folks, I will be closed on Saturday 23rd .

I have a lathe still for sale, basically the same as the JET/Axminster 1642. 1.5kw motor, 18"/450mm turning capacity over the bed, 42"/ 1050mm between centres, and using the additional lathe bed, banjo and toolpost riser, you can turn 30"/760mm diameter. All solid cast iron bed, legs, headstock etc, weighs circa 325kg so a big heavy duty lathe. This was part of a workshop clearance of an older gent, who hadn't used it that much and for mostly small craft fair items. Its available to view at my shop in Suffolk, at Art & Craft in Wood,117 High Street, Lowestoft. Was £1500.00, now just £1250.00 as its in the shop and in the way so need it gone.
