Weβve been training the next generation of sales staff without realising it!
On the way to Cancello for family tea yesterday evening, our 11-year-old decided to explain to our 4-year-old exactly what Daddy does for a living.
βDaddy has customers. He goes to their houses to see them and they buy blinds.β
So far, so good. Then came the product knowledge:
βDaddy puts the blinds up and they keep the house warm. They stop the light coming in and keep the room dark.β
Honestly? Thatβs better than some sales pitches Iβve heard.
It just goes to show that children are always listening and watching, even when you think theyβre busy arguing over the iPad.
To be fair to him, he did miss a few bits (heβs 11, weβll let him off):
* Privacy. Keep the neighbours guessing.
* Shutters trap a layer of air against the glass, so they keep heat in during winter and out in summer, and quality ones can last 15+ years.
* Blinds come in endless styles and fabrics and theyβre easy to refresh when you fancy a change.
* Cord-free options make them safer for homes with little ones (like our 4-year-old, who now knows everything there is to know about blinds).
Not sure whether blinds or shutters are right for your home? Give us a call 07534 748894 and Archie's Daddy will come round. Apparently thatβs what he does.
